The prices shown below are read from the same public billing catalog used by checkout, so unavailable prices or plans are not replaced with marketing estimates.

How plan changes work
- Preview before confirmation
- Price impact, effective date and changed capabilities are shown before the account administrator confirms.
- Compatible upgrades
- An upgrade that only adds capabilities can take effect immediately. Stripe calculates any applicable proration.
- Downgrades and cancellation
- Changes that remove capabilities and subscription cancellation are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

Entitlements use the same technical keys that provision the tenant after payment.

A purchase action is enabled only when provider price and policy configuration are complete.
Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades and add-ons are previewed before confirmation and preserve account data.
No invented limits
User, volume, overage and trial terms are shown only when they exist in the public contract.
Terms that require confirmation
The current public catalog is authoritative for price and entitlements. If usage limits, taxes, trials, overage or add-on prerequisites are not supplied by that catalog, OfferAgent does not infer them on this page.

Yes. The account, customers and history are preserved while entitlements change according to the confirmed plan transition.
Are prices shown with tax?
The catalog provides amount and currency. Applicable tax is determined by the checkout and customer billing context.
Can we cancel or downgrade?
Plan changes are previewed before confirmation. Timing and removed entitlements are shown by the billing flow.
Is a trial included?
A trial is included only when the live checkout and billing terms explicitly show one. This page does not invent a trial period when the catalog has not supplied it.
Is AI included in every plan?
No. AI capabilities are entitlement-controlled and may require a compatible base plan or separate agreement.
