Automated review requests

Ask for reviews automatically without manual follow-up

After completed customer work, OfferAgent can automatically send a personal email with a direct link to Google or another review page. You control the timing, wording and customer rules, while the workspace keeps planned, sent and clicked requests separate from published reviews. That gives you clear follow-up without manual lists.

Good customer experiences do not become reviews unless you ask

When the work is finished, you and your team move on to the next customer. Asking for feedback is postponed, some customers are asked twice and others are missed completely. OfferAgent makes the request a clear final step instead of another task someone has to remember.

Fresh reviews help the next customer decide

Customers do not only look at the average rating. They also look for recent experiences, enough feedback to feel credible and signs that the business still delivers good work. A steady flow is therefore more useful than an occasional review campaign.

Google Business Profile guidance

Google allows businesses to ask for genuine reviews but prohibits incentives and selective solicitation of positive reviews.

How it works

  1. 01

Choose when the request should start

Let a completed booking, delivery, service or another clear customer outcome start the flow.

  2. 02

    Adapt the email

Choose the delay, sender, subject, wording, language, button text and direct link to Google or another review page.

  3. 03

Apply the same rules to every customer

Before each email, OfferAgent checks whether the customer may be contacted, has opted out or was asked recently. It does not select only customers who seem satisfied.

  4. 04

    See what happened

See what was planned, sent, clicked, stopped or failed. An opened link remains clearly separate from a review published on an external platform.

Follow every request without guessing the result

The review workspace shows the selected review page, active rules, customers included in the flow, delivery attempts, stops and clicks. It keeps what OfferAgent knows separate from what happened on the external review service.

Prerequisite: Requires access to Reviews, a public review link, published settings and tested email delivery.

What this capability supports

The right time after completed work

Connect the request to a real customer outcome and wait the number of hours or days that suits your customer journey.

An email that feels like your business

Use your sender, tone, language and visual identity, and take the customer directly to the review page you selected.

Protection against repeated messages

Check whether the customer may be contacted and prevent duplicate or unreasonably frequent requests.

Measurement you can explain

Track decisions, delivery attempts and link clicks without presenting them as reviews published by the external platform.

Measure what OfferAgent can actually see

OfferAgent keeps events from your own email flow separate from what happens on Google or another review platform.

Planned

See which completed customer jobs entered the flow and why another request was stopped.

Sent and clicked

Follow delivery attempts and whether the customer opened the review link.

Published review

A click is not counted as a published review. That requires confirmation from the external review service.

Ask for honest reviews without steering the answer

The goal is more genuine feedback, not a manipulated rating. Every customer covered by the same published rules gets the same opportunity to open the public review page.

The same opportunity for everyone

Internal feedback never hides or replaces the external review link for a dissatisfied customer.

No reward for a certain answer

The flow does not offer payment, discounts or benefits in exchange for a review.

A real customer experience first

The request starts only after the work, booking or delivery has reached the point you defined.

Is this right for your business?

Automated review requests are useful when you have a clear end to the customer journey but asking for feedback is inconsistent or difficult to track.

  • You complete services, bookings, projects or deliveries that customers can evaluate.
  • You and your team currently ask for reviews manually or not at all.
  • You want the same neutral process for every customer covered by your rules.
  • You need to distinguish sent emails, link clicks and confirmed reviews.

Prerequisites and clear boundaries

OfferAgent states what the capability does and what still requires configuration, permission or a human decision.

  • OfferAgent does not write or publish the review and cannot guarantee a certain rating or number of reviews.
  • You provide the public link to Google or another review page your business is allowed to use.
  • Automatic emails start only after the settings, customer link and email delivery have been configured and tested.
  • Before every request, OfferAgent checks that the chosen starting point has been reached and that the customer may be contacted.

Frequently asked questions

How can a business get more Google reviews?

Ask every customer covered by the same clear rules for an honest review shortly after completed work and link directly to the correct Google review page. OfferAgent automates the timing, personal email and follow-up without guaranteeing that the customer publishes a review.

Does OfferAgent publish reviews?

No. OfferAgent sends a neutral request with a link to the review destination you have configured. The external platform owns publication and moderation.

When is a review request sent?

You choose what starts the flow and how long OfferAgent waits. Before sending, the system checks whether the customer may be contacted, has opted out or was asked recently.

Can I link directly to Google reviews?

Yes. You can use the public review link from your Google Business Profile or another permitted review page.

Does OfferAgent ask only satisfied customers?

No. OfferAgent does not use a rating or interpreted sentiment to decide who gets the external review link. Every customer covered by the same published rules gets the same opportunity.

Can repeated requests be prevented?

The settings limit the number of attempts and how often the same customer may be asked. OfferAgent checks those limits again before every email.

Can OfferAgent verify that a review was published?

A link click is not proof of publication. Confirmation requires information from a supported connection to the external review service. Without that connection, the result remains unknown.
